The Surrey property has been a complete renovation, remodelling the house. They have lived in the property for 18 years raising their daughter (now in her early 20’s) and rooms were typically separated. But now with their daughter a young adult they wanted to create a more open, sociable space. They have made use of eaves space on the first floor and continued the open plan feel by using wardrobes as a divider between the Master bedroom and Master ensuite to create fluidity. Every area of the house has been very well thought out having lived in the property for many years before the renovation they knew exactly what they wanted from the space they had available.
