INTERIOR DESIGN COSTS
One of the first things a client will ask is how much does interior design cost?
Our fees are based entirely on the size and complexity of your project. We also take timescale into account, though we always go the extra mile to complete projects in a prompt and timely fashion.
What we do guarantee is a complete price breakdown of all interior design costs, covering every aspect of your project. This will prevent any costly surprises further down the line.
Couple this with over 25 years of experience and you can relax in the knowledge that we will deliver the highest standard of work on time and on budget.
INTERIOR DESIGN FEES STRUCTURE
We like to keep our interior design fee structure as simple as possible, very often charging a percentage of the overall budget.
For example, if we are involved with the architectural interior design of the property, we would charge around 10% of the cost of the build. Then, if the project included a design service, we would charge a one-off design fee and dealing with suppliers would incur an additional procurement fee, again a small percentage.
Regardless of the amount you are spending, however, we always aim to get you the best deal possible. And we are happy to sit down and discuss a payment structure that suits you.
